 FAQ

How should we prepare for at home grooming process?

All we need is a flat surface (like a backyard, patio, or garage) with a nearby hose faucet. Just 100 sq ft is plenty for our grooming setup! We’ll even bring a shop vac to clean up the hair after your pup’s spa day. Sit back, relax, and let us pamper your furry friend!

How long do grooms usually take?

The average groom takes 60-90 minutes.  Some smaller breeds can be fully bathed and groomed closer to 60 minutes.  Some larger breeds will take 90-120 minutes.

What is included in full service grooms and full service baths?

All full service grooms include an oatmeal shampoo bath, ear cleaning, gland expression (if necessary), nail trim/grind and groom style of your choosing.  All full service baths include the same just without a groom.

What if my dog is aggressive?

If your dog is aggressive, one option is to stay with them to help calm them during the bath and grooming.  Another option is to gently muzzle them while staying present to help keep them calm during the grooming process.  The final option is to administer a sedative to your dog 30 minutes prior to the grooming session, ensuring they remain calm throughout the process.
